  • Responsibilities

    1. Product Department:

    • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales strategies.

    • Monitor customer satisfaction and work to improve user experience.
    • Provide feedback to the product team to enhance product features.

    6. Professional Services Department:

    • Work with customers to implement hsbcad solutions tailored to their needs.
    • Provide consulting services for customizations and system integrations.
    • Lead workshops and training sessions to maximize customer product adoption.
    • Collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver exceptional service.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements for customer engagements.
